Job Description: A great opportunity for students or adults looking for some extra spending money throughout the summer!
Successful applicants will be responsible for reporting to the market location at the beginning of their shift, assisting with setup, preparing and handing out samples, engaging with customers, operating POS systems, managing cash, market tear down and loading.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Retail and cash handling experience is an asset
  • An enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Hours per week: Variable; Every Friday year round, Thurs-Sunday throughout the summer market season, additional roles to be discussed during interview

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Over 25 (required for commercial vehicles)
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience and comfortability operating large vehicles
  • A positive attitude
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Retail Sales experience is an asset

Job Description: Successful applicants will be responsible for reporting to Louie at the store location, operating company vehicles (small box truck and minivan) sorting, counting and packing inventory, loading and unloading the company vehicle, product delivery to market sites including Friday delivery and set up to indoor markets, market set up and tear down which includes: setting up the large market tent(s), setting up and arranging tables and product display, loading and unloading of coolers and freezers, ensuring all supplies needed to maintain food safety standards are met. An ideal candidate will also be available to work at the markets selling our product and represent the business.

Farmers Market Booth Associate @ Gold Forest Grains

Summer Staff @ Riverbend Gardens

Riverbend Gardens is hiring full-time summer employees!
Various positions are available. Wages vary between $15 and $18/hour
What you will do: Picking, packing, washing, and selling fresh vegetables, yum!
What you need: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, have transportation to and from the farm, and be between the ages of 16 and 30 (as per federal hiring grant, Canada Summer Jobs).
The farm is located in Northeast Edmonton, 10 minutes from the Anthony Henday.
