We’re excited to introduce Market Buds: a brand-new monthly program designed to help children connect with local food, local farmers, and the magic of the market in a fun, hands-on way.🌱
On the first weekend of every month, families are invited to visit our dedicated Market Buds booth for a special activity or craft created just for kids. Each month will feature something new, from interactive food-themed crafts to simple educational activities that help children learn where their food comes from and why supporting local matters.

Participating is easy:

Visit the market on the first weekend of the month

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Find the Market Buds table located near the Café area

Complete the featured activity (a different one each month!)

Receive a Market Bud Token valued at $5
Children can use their $5 token the same day at a vendor’s booth, allowing them to shop the market, make their own purchase, and directly support a local business.
🌻 Designed for Young Market Explorers
Market Buds activities are best suited for children aged 4–12 years old. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while participating.
