Ingredients:
Fruit Mixture:
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 pears, sliced
- 4 prune plums, sliced
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Topping:
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp each millet, hemp hearts
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine fruit, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Mix gently and pour into a large baking dish.
In the same mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients by mixing gently with clean hands.
Sprinkle over fruit in baking dish.
Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
