We retain your Personal Information for the time necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose. Aggregate data is stored by our analytics provider for up to 26 months.

How Can I Access, Correct, or Delete my Personal Information?

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate and complete. You may request access to your Personal Information to view, save, or reuse. You have the right to request corrections to your Personal Information if required. You may also request deletion of your Personal Information (although we are not required to erase any data that may be necessary for other legal purposes, e.g., tax purposes). All such requests must be in writing and must provide sufficient detail to identify your Personal Information and the action being requested.

How Can I Limit the Collection of My Data?

Some features of the Site require the collection of your Personal Information, e.g., application forms. While our Site takes measures to protect the submission of your Personal Information (see section on Security above), if you do not wish to submit your information online, it may be possible to contact us to submit applications another way.

The ability to view and analyze data through our third party data processor, Google Analytics, is important for improving our Site and user experience. As per Google Analytics’ Terms of Service, this information does not include personally identifying information. However, if you still wish to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data from your browsing session(s) on our Site, you can download and install a browser extension to disable Google Analytics tracking.

If you do not wish to receive marketing communications such as email newsletters, other promotional materials, or other information that may be of interest, you can simply choose not to opt-in to our email list. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Minor”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Minor has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. Once we are made aware that we have collected Personal Information from Minors without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
