Contest rules: One ballot entry per person. Must be 18 years of age to enter. Winners will be announced at the market and must claim their prize within 10 minutes of announcement. Must bring valid photo ID to claim prize. If prize is unclaimed within 10 minutes, a new winner will be drawn and announced.
