Market Mac 'n' Cheese
A simple, tasty favourite. Comfort food for those long winter nights!

1 bag of macaroni or similar pasta
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 cups of shredded marble cheddar cheese
Â½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
5 slices of bacon, chopped
Market shopping list:
Pasta, egg, marble cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, garlic and bacon.
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. In a large pot of salted water, lightly boil the macaroni for about 5 minutes until half-cooked.
Whisk the egg and milk together in a large cup. Add butter and marble cheddar cheese to the egg and milk. Stir well.
Mix bacon, onions and garlic with pasta and then place in prepared baking dish. Pour the egg and cheese liquid over the macaroni, season as desired and stir. Place mixture evenly throughout the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Then place shredded mozzarella on top and bake until mozzarella is melted.
