Our pierogies contain only the highest quality certified organic ingredients - the majority coming from local farms. All of our pierogies are vegan. Our thin dough is prepared using organic spelt flour, resulting in a lower gluten and higher protein and fiber content as compared to wheat flour. We also have several gluten free options available that use either a predominantly organic white rice flour or organic buckwheat flour for the dough.
Our pierogies are delicately handcrafted in small batches using innovative flavour combinations; such as Sweet Potato Coconut "Bacon", Carrot Cashew & Dill, Borscht Pierogies and Chocolate Maca. We also offer vegan toppings for our pierogies; such as coconut "bacon" and coconut cashew & dill sour cream. Our packaging consists of lined kraft food bags and our pierogies are not pre-cooked; resulting in less packing required. We pride ourselves on offering artisan made, high quality, organic, vegan, healthy and flavourful pierogies that are easy to prepare and have a reduced carbon footprint!
