Theo's Greek makes a variety of authentic homemade Greek food straight from our kitchen to yours. Some of the products are: Tzatziki, Tirokaftero (spicy feta cheese), Hummous, Melitzano-Salata (Eggplant salad), Kalamata Olives, Feta cheese, Dolmathes, Keftedes, Mousaka, Spanakopita, Baklava and other seasonal deserts. We are working on saganaki cheese too.
We use only the finest, freshest ingredients and all our dishes are made from scratch using family recipes that have been passed down through generations.
We started our business six years ago and are amazed at how well our products have been received. It all started when we had a Christmas potluck at work. Everyone loved them and suggested that I sell at the Farmers Market. I did and what a response! We carry 4 kids of springrolls: vegetarian (the #1 seller), pork, chicken and beef. All the fillings in the springrolls are pre-cooked so they are ready to be baked, pan-fried or barbequed. In our opinion, the best springrolls in town.
We have been in business since 1994 and try to make the best perogies we possibly can. Customers tell us all the time they taste "just like Baba's" and we think that's the best advertising for us.
